Return & Refund

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

How to start a return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Stains, folded cards, broken seals/plastic foilling broken will be not accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund. 

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs of your order are also non-refundable.*

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns made without receipt or proof of purchase may be refused. Lefae Boutique reserves the right to deny any return.

To start a return, you can contact us at lefaeboutique@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the warehouse address we provide after the return is finalized.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Items not purchased through lefaeboutique.com, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Modify or Cancel orders and Partially/Full Refund

Please contact us within 24 hours after order placement if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled and get refund.

To check the status of your order,  please log in your account or contact lefaeboutique@gmail.com as soon as possible.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or other reasons beyond our control, we will attempt to contact you and logistics company to rectify the issue.

lefaeboutique.com cannot refund or resend for the above situations at that time.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your PayPal, bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at lefaeboutique@gmail.com.

 

Free Exchanges for Sizes

We have a 14-day free exchange policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request an exchange if any size issues. 

Exchanges are shipped with standard shipping and no fees associated with Free Exchanges.

Free Exchanges is only valid for the size change of the same item in the same color. If you would like to modify the color or item, the fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Inventory for exchanges is not guaranteed. If the item you are exchanging is no longer available to process your exchange, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
